Calling All Travellers! Help Us Transport Our Rescue Dogs & Puppies

We’re always looking for compassionate travellers to help transport rescue puppies and dogs across Canada, primarily between the Prairies, the West Coast, and other provinces. This is a heartwarming opportunity to make a real difference, and we invite you to get involved if you’re flying between provinces.

By adding one of these adorable pups to your ticket, you can play a crucial role in giving them the loving homes they deserve here in BC. We take care of all costs and handle all arrangements, including check-in and pickup at both ends. Your only responsibility is to allow us to add a crate to your flight reservation. Plus, you might even enjoy a puppy cuddle or two along the way!

How It Works:

Apply Online: Fill out our application form [above] to tell us about yourself and your travel plans. Whether you have a trip booked in advance or are a spontaneous traveller, we can accommodate you.
Matching Process: We’ll review adoption applications to find a match near your destination city. A Northern Hope representative will contact you via email if there’s a fit.
Flight Arrangements: We’ll need your help to add a pet to your flight reservation. Puppies and dogs under 25 lbs typically ride in the cabin, while larger dogs travel as checked pets. Please note that you are responsible for your own airfare.
Day of Travel: On the day of your flight, we’ll meet you at a convenient location or the airport to provide all necessary paperwork and travel instructions.
Arrival and Handover: The dog’s new family will be eagerly waiting for you at the destination airport. Feel free to capture the special moment and tag @northernhope on Instagram and other social media platforms.
